Executive Producer

Yaqeen’s Executive Producer will be responsible for creating and maintaining new video content that match audience needs across digital platforms. You will be responsible to work with your squad to understand product requirements, objectives and target metrics.

• Conduct market research to evaluate current demand and evaluate opportunity areas.
• Understand current trends and audience topics and provide direction to the squad to produce content relevant to audiences with quick turnaround times.
• Work with the squad to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with the project goals.
• Create production schedules, workflows, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with squad members, talent, and vendors to ensure that all resources are in place for successful project execution. Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and address any issues that may arise during production.
• Organize and oversee any pre-production activities, including location scouting, casting, scheduling shoots, and acquiring necessary equipment rentals and ensure that all technical requirements are met when needed.
• Supervise the production process including directing team members, actors, and guest contributors to achieve the desired content. Ensure that all footage is captured according to the storyboard and script.
• Work closely with video editors and other post-production team members to review footage, select the best takes, review b-roll and oversee the editing process. Provide creative input on editing, sound design, visual effects, and color grading to ensure that the final product meets expectations.
• Oversee marketing campaign strategy to ensure the maximization of audience reach and engagement.
• Review the final videos to ensure that it meets quality standards, OUV, and achieves the desired objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the production process. Keep stakeholders informed of progress, gather feedback, and make any necessary revisions to the project to ensure satisfaction.
