Yaqeen Product Owner works cross-functionally with engineers, creative, marketing, data, and research to build world class Islamic products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Owners who move quickly, can help innovate, and coherently drive product initiatives from 0 → 1.

Yaqeen Jr is a new initiative at Yaqeen and will require the Product Owner to deeply understand the core audience, build a strategy and roadmap, execute and measure success of the product. Experimentation and customer empathy are critical for this role. The primary focus will be taking ambiguous and complex problems and breaking them down to take action to build the best solution for our audience.

What do Muslim American kids go through? What pain points do they have in their journey? What is their journey? And what can we do to solve these problems? These are some of the questions the Product Owner will be tackling in order to build a world class solution for our Muslim American children.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Ads/SEO Specialist who will join our rapidly growing Marketing Team. You will be responsible for managing all PPC campaigns, Social ads, search engine optimization and support other marketing activities. This position will play an integral role in working with the marketing teams by owning and driving all SEM/SEO activities such as digital advertising, technical SEO, content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. This role will also play a crucial role in working with teams to drive Yaqeen’s Digital Fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage and optimize ad campaigns and provide insights for performance management
  • Conceptualize and conduct meaningful A/B tests and in Conversion Rate Optimization

Yaqeen Insititute for Islamic Research is looking for an Outreach Coordinator to develop relationships and organize opportunities to engage with local communities in the Northeast region. This position will require the coordinator to introduce the community to valuable Yaqeen resources. While maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with local Muslim institutions, the outreach coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for all Yaqeen inquires in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifies target audiences for Yaqeen content and products within the region by researching, networking, and building contact lists to help locate key people, who can then work toward Yaqeen resource integration.
  • Maintains a recurring relationship with Islamic centers, mosques, MSAs, Islamic schools, youth groups, and other Islamic organizations within the specified region as well as key religious and community leaders.
  • Implements a system to inform these groups, institutions, and individuals about Yaqeen’s resources and promotes and supports their use.
  • Conducts on-site resource training and support.
  • Develops familiarity with Yaqeen’s resources.
  • Participates pro-actively in Yaqeen’s quality management and data collection programs.
  • Recruits, trains, and manages regional volunteers.
